A new tool for philatelists
The Secretary James H Grayson
recently received an email from a
philatelist called Colin Proctor who
wrote that he had developed
stamplens.co.uk — a tool which uses a
p h o n e c a m e r a t o q u i c k l y fi n d
information on a stamp's history, rarity,
and possible value. He said that the site
is free to use the first five times.
